We started not more than three years ago with one vision and one customer. We aspired of being a company that not only looks out for its customers but also for its employees. Without employee satisfaction, there isn't any satisfying the customer. The vision extended towards retaining customers and employees both. In less than three years, I can say with pride that our attrition rate is less than 1%. And more than half of our customers are the recurring ones.
Our mission was to challenge the traditional ways and innovate to transform the customer experience. We designed a network of decentralised and time-saving operations. This was the starting of walking in the right direction towards enhancing the customer experience. We, not only work for the customers but also with them. Customer loyalty is a virtue earned when you listen to the feedback and innovate solutions while keeping that feedback in mind.
What started in 2017 with a family of five and one customer has now grown into a three years young company. We now have hundreds in our family and expanding. We became one window operation for hundreds of valuable customers PAN India.

And more locations are pouring in every year. loadwagon goes beyond your expectations and astonish. Not only in quality and pricing, but in customer relationship too. We gave customers the most efficient decentralised logistics system. We cover more than 16000 pin codes. It reduced the TAT from 4-5 days to 24 hours and reduced the end price, making it cheaper for the buyer and the seller.
